Read the evidence label before the enemy name
An entity can be official without having a complete public moveset. The Steam store and developer media establish the setting, several interactions, and named threats. Patch notes establish changes in a specific build. Achievement text may establish an objective. A Steam discussion can reveal a player question but cannot turn an observed behavior into an official rule.
This hub uses those categories to prevent names from acquiring invented data as they move between pages. Current-patch evidence can support the behavior the developer actually described. Official store or site evidence can support the interaction it states. Historical demo material stays labeled historical. Health, damage, detection radius, spawn rate, loot, and guaranteed counters remain absent unless a strong current source publishes them.
Ghoul has the strongest public interaction evidence
The official site describes regular Ghouls as blind and dependent on sound. It also says decapitation or burning is required for a permanent kill. The store gives a spell interaction in which a Ghoul can be transformed into a Rat, and it links unmanaged FEAR to Ghoul transformation. Patch 0.05.005 fixes Ghoul decapitation, including decapitation caused by gates.
Those facts support a focused Ghoul guide because they connect recognition, sound discipline, finishing methods, a spell interaction, and a current patch fix. They still do not provide an exact hearing radius, health value, sound meter, drop table, or guaranteed safe route. The child page keeps the actionable parts and leaves the numbers out.
CHOPPER is defined by Hotfix 0.05.006
The developer calls CHOPPER the axe-wielding enemy in Hotfix 0.05.006. The hotfix says it no longer gets stuck on dead players, has improved pathfinding, and shuts down for ten seconds after killing a player. This is specific current-build evidence and justifies a selective child page.
Patch 0.05.005 had listed CHOPPER difficulty or behavior as a concern. The later hotfix changes that status. The old concern belongs in patch history, while the current entity page begins with the 0.05.006 behavior. No checked source provides CHOPPER health, attack damage, detection radius, spawn conditions, loot, or a promised counter.
Kobold, Sphere, Penetrator, and Wild Husk
Patch 0.05.005 fixes pathing for Kobolds and Spheres. It also says Kobolds act faster, have more health, and take more bullet damage. These are relative changes without published values. Penetrator waits three times longer before attacking again in Solo, which is a mode-specific balance statement rather than a complete attack schedule.
The same patch says Wild Husks with normal heads spawn more often. It does not publish the old or new share of the spawn mix. These entities stay summarized at hub level because the current official facts are useful but too narrow for reliable standalone pages. A later patch or first-party entity description could change that decision.
Faitheater, Goddess, and dragging issues
Patch 0.05.005 names Penetrator, Faitheater, and Goddess in an acknowledged dragging-animation problem. It also notes a lingering interaction hint after a player dies while being dragged. Those lines prove the names and the issue context at that patch time. They do not establish current combat behavior, exact dragging rules, or whether every related animation case remains unresolved after later text and behavior fixes.
Goddess also appears in the official Early Access launch announcement. That is enough for a hub mention, not a full current guide. Faitheater has no separate first-party mechanics record in the checked material. Both remain without child pages so search visibility does not outrun the evidence.
FEARNAUGHT and BATTALION belong in the boss cluster
FEARNAUGHT has enough 0.05.005 evidence for a child guide: Holy Shield cooldown and enemy spawn timing scale with party size, the rebalance changes relative solo, two-player, and full-party difficulty, and client health, title, and shield displays were fixed. The hub links to that source-bounded guide.
BATTALION appears in a current arena-collision fix and in official developer media as BAT-TALION. That supports a boss-hub mention but not a standalone strategy page with phases or counters. The general bosses page also covers the 0.05.006 Day 3 departure fix without assigning it to an unnamed boss.
